Description

Mini single phase refrigerated container ideal for small to medium size functions. Can be set for freezer or chiller application. NOTE Chiller Only: some of the units in our hire stock can only be set for Chiller Application and are not capable of running as a freezer. Please advise if at any stage you think you may wish to operate the unit as a freezer and we will supply a unit capable of Dual Temp. NOTE: Beware of extra height of this unit (3130mm), compared to standard 8’6” (2591mm). Check location where container is going overhangs etc.

Container Delivery & Transport Options

Side Loader / Swing Lift

Best for: sites with clear side access.

A side loader unloads the container from the driver’s side of the truck, placing the container beside the vehicle

  • Fast and efficient unloading
  • Suitable for most standard deliveries
  • Requires enough width for truck and container

20ft: 4.6m H x 6m W x 10m L
40ft: 4.6m H x 6m W x 16m L

Tilt Tray Truck

Best for: cost-effective delivery where rear access is available.

A tilt tray reverses into position, tilts the tray and slides the container off the rear as the truck moves forward.

  • Usually the cheapest transport option
  • Suitable for empty or lighter containers
  • Weight restrictions can apply

40ft: 6m H x 3.5m W x 40m L

Tilt Tray Truck

Best for: tight access, uneven ground or precise placement.A Hiab truck uses a mounted crane to lift and position the container more accurately, including onto blocks for levelling.
  • Most precise placement option
  • Helpful for difficult access sites
  • Can place containers approx. 4m from the truck

20ft: 4.6m entry height, 10m unload height, 3.5m W x 10m L
40ft: 4.6m entry height, 10m unload height, 3.5m W x 20m L

✓ At least 1m clearance from power lines

✓ 1.2m gap for refrigerated container airflow
