10′ Insulated Office – Easy to Move and Install

Modular Container Office Rooms created from modified shipping containers are being used in a variety of industries from Mining and Oil, Renewable Energy and Defence. The interior of this portable office has insulated panelling and is outfitted with a 2kw Split A/C Unit. Additional common modifications include windows or a built-in desk. The office can also be outfitted with multiple GPOs.

Side Loader / Swing Lift

Best for: sites with clear side access.

A side loader unloads the container from the driver’s side of the truck, placing the container beside the vehicle

  • Suitable for most standard deliveries
  • Requires enough width for truck and container

Tilt Tray Truck

Best for: cost-effective delivery where rear access is available.

A tilt tray reverses into position, tilts the tray and slides the container off the rear as the truck moves forward.

  • Usually the cheapest transport option
  • Suitable for empty or lighter containers
  • Weight restrictions can apply

Tilt Tray Truck

Best for: tight access, uneven ground or precise placement.A Hiab truck uses a mounted crane to lift and position the container more accurately, including onto blocks for levelling.

  • Helpful for difficult access sites
  • Can place containers approx. 4m from the truck
