Door Features & Fabrication
Doors are composed of steel panel and corrugated stainless steel inner lining with polyurethane insulation reinforced by beams.
- A door holder of nylon rope is provided on each door
- A door keeper is installed which is designed to prevent left hand door from opening
before right hand door according to T.I.R. requirements. - Door panel 1.6mm thick stainless steel sheet, outer surface painted.
- Lining, 0.7mm thick die-stamped corrugated panel.
- Insulation Thickness: 76mm polyurethane
- Hinge Lug, 6.0mm thick stainless steel plate.
- Hinges 5x per door, hot dip galvanized steel, Parts no. SS41
- Hinge Pin Required: 12.7mm diameter bar, JIS SUS304
- Locking rod assembly hot dip galvanized.
- Rubber gasket: Outer: E.P.D.M. “C” section double LIP
- Rubber gasket: Inner: E.P.D.M. “O” section.
