Door Features & Fabrication
Doors are composed of steel panel and corrugated stainless steel inner lining with polyurethane insulation reinforced by beams.

• A door holder of nylon rope is provided on each door
• A door keeper is installed which is designed to prevent left hand door from opening
  before right hand door according to T.I.R. requirements.
• Door panel 1.6mm thick stainless steel sheet, outer surface painted.
• Lining, 0.7mm thick die-stamped corrugated panel.
• Insulation Thickness: 76mm polyurethane
• Hinge Lug, 6.0mm thick stainless steel plate.
• Hinges 5x per door, hot dip galvanized steel, Parts no. SS41
• Hinge Pin Required: 12.7mm diameter bar, JIS SUS304
• Locking rod assembly hot dip galvanized.
• Rubber gasket: Outer: E.P.D.M. “C” section double LIP
• Rubber gasket: Inner: E.P.D.M. “O” section.
